Staffordshire Creamware children's mug that reads "A Gift For My Nephew". A nice black transfer of a cottage scene. In excellent condition with no chips,cracks or repairs but does have a small spot of glaze exfoliation. Most likely from a stone pop in the making. It measures 2 3/8" in diameter by 2 1/2" tall. This piece dates circa 1810 - 1820.
