Handmade oyster shucker with 3" forged shucking blade of CPM154 stainless steel, forge markings left intact. The topside has a near mirror polish with a satin backside.
These shuckers are for the strong armed shucker in all of us, meant for any style and to get the job done. Assembled with corby bolts, not pins. Secured at the point of grip and one single fastener secures the opposite end of the full tang. The handleIs locally sourced walnut from my farm fully stabilized.
The sheaths are made by local artisan Aaron Baker and are top quality.
