Woodford Reserve Master's Collection No. 17 Five-Malt Stouted Mash will feature five malted grains bottled at the brand's traditional 90.4 proof. 

It's a safe assumption that the stouted mash will refer to malted grains that are typically used in beers. Some such malts include chocolate-malted barley (remember that Master's Collection No. 15 experimented with chocolate-malted rye) and potentially the addition of malted oats to the mash bill.
