The inner ring is ideal for simmering sauces, while the outer ring is perfect for large skillets and pans. Both rings can be used together for boiling or frying. The cooking grid is made from heavy-duty stainless steel rods and includes a removable inner ring for wok cooking. Blaze LTE+ Power Burners come with a lifetime warranty covering defects in the burners, burner grate, body, lid, and control valves. The ignition, electronic, and lighting systems are covered for one year from the date of purchase. The product must be registered within thirty days to apply for the warranty.
