The Adexa freestanding gas griddle is the perfect addition to any professional catering establishment, whether you are cooking breakfast, lunch or dinner. Featuring 2 x 35000BTU/hr stainless steel burners with independent pilots, the griddle also includes an oil bin with baffle and an anti-splash enclosure for easy cleaning. The default configuration is natural gas with gas connection pipe and 3/4" NPT thread included, but the griddle can be converted to an LPG gas supply to suit your requirements.
