Mercedes Benz A-Class Front Canards + Intake Spoilers

As a factory option on the A45 AMG the Aero pack can be specced. This gives a great deal more aggression to the front end but however still lacks the motorsport/exotic look. The Carbonwurks Carbon Fibre Canards and Intake Spoilers are a direct replacement giving a slightly more aggressive look over the OEM canards and eye catching weave to go match.

The two Canards (large and small) are a slightly different, more aggressive style which can be retrofitted to any A class. The Canards can be drilled or bonded to the bodywork to suit, special rivets are supplied with the canards to spread the load careful over the Carbon parts to not crack or split like normal rivets may do.

The intake surround spoiler however is an OEM part that is laminated due to the complex tolerances for fitting, because of this, if you return your old intake spoiler surrounds once fitted the Carbon Version a rebate of £50 can be given.

The Carbon front Canards are made up of lightweight and strong full Carbon Fibre to ensure that the canards can cope with the downforce the car can create and the speeds it can achieve. The Canards are then finished off in a high gloss lacquer, after which the carbon is hand polished and sealed in with a very high carnauba content wax with a hybrid sealant to give both depth and protection. The intake spoiler is laminated in Carbon from an OEM part but also is finished with lacquer and sealed in the same manor.

Fitment is a direct replacement for the intake spoiler surround and requires the front bumper to be removed. The Canards require either bonding or to be drilled and riveted in place, this can be done with the front bumper in situ but is recommended to be removed. Professional fitting is recommended.
