Born in Dublin Ireland in January 2021 our vision at Fizfit® is to be the recovery & wellness brand of choice for people everywhere. In our brand name Fizfit the Fiz stands for physiotherapy and the fit for fitness.

As Founder my background is in electronics and sports nutrition/recovery having previously worked as Managing Director for Samsung Electronics Ireland and as GM - Nordics Region for Glanbia Performance Nutrition - Optimum Nutrition (ON).

As someone who is active in sports over the years I had tried a lot of different recovery products to ease muscle stress and what I found was that the quality of the products available varied widely and the designs were often very functional.

This inspired me to set up Fizfit working with my Co Founders including leading Physiotherapist Colm Fuller (MISCP, MPhty, MSK, PhD Candidate UCC) to create and develop a range of high quality and well-designed recovery & wellness products for retail for strategic partner retailers operating in the Electronics and Health & Beauty retail channels.
