Come and join us for a morning of yoga, breath-work and relaxation, plus a delicious seasonal two-course lunch, at County Club, Guildford on Saturday September 27th 2025.

Timings for the day are as follows:

10.45am: Arrival

11am: Welcome & Introduction 

11.15am to 12.45pm: Pranayama Breath-work,

Gentle Flow Yoga and Restorative Relaxation

1.15pm: Lunch

2pm: Departure

A delicious, gut-friendly two-course lunch will be provided by Kat from Salt the Radish, using seasonal produce to reflect the change in season. Yoga, breath-work and relaxation is taught by Rachael, from MindBodySoul Yoga in Guildford.

The day is suitable for all abilities, even those who are new to yoga. Please bring your yoga mat along to the day, however, if you do not have one please do let us know and one can be provided.
