This is a quick clamp vacuum sealing assembly for tube vacuum furnace tube of OD 80 mm with no welding or gluing needed.

SPECIFICATIONS

Features	Stainless steel flange with double high-temperature silicon O-rings. Seal tube by tightening screws on the flange with no welding and glue needed. Clamp allows quick access to content inside the furnace. High-temperature silicon O-ring and centering ring at flange cap. 1/4" in diameter vacuum sealing assembly connects with rubber hose. Ideal for any type of tubing: ceramic, glass, quartz and steel pipe. Video

Please consider purchasing our ceramic tube block This product is heavy, flange support is required to avoid damage on the furnace tube. Please do not over tighten the three hex screws on the flanges to avoid overpressure incidents. The recommended torque is 35~40 inch-lbs.
