The Double End ball is a specialist boxing tool perfect for improving hand eye co-ordination, timing, and speed. This double end bag comes complete with bungee cords and adjustable leather strap for easy hanging from floor to the ceiling ready to be attached to your anchor points. The top cord is deliberately cut shorter than the bottom so that the ball rests at correct head height. Lacing on side for the purpose of changing bladder.
