Our latest release showcases the boldest flavors yet, a tribute to the dedicated farmers of the Native Reservation of El Paramo. This exceptional coffee is crafted from two varietals - Caturra and Castillo - and originates from a select group of 19 farmers within the larger Aponte cooperative in Colombia. While we've long collaborated with this co-op, focusing on these 19 farmers allows us to build direct relationships, enhancing both transparency and impact.

Situated just east of the southern city of Pasto, this high-altitude region is home to our dedicated farmer partners, who cultivate their craft under the expert guidance of our origin partner, Jose Gomez. Their unwavering commitment produces a coffee with bright notes of tangerine, grapefruit, caramel, and delicate sweetness—a true reflection of the rich terroir shaped by towering mountain ranges.
