Application Instructions:

1. Print the Design:

   • Print the design in reverse (mirrored) onto the DTF film using DTF-compatible pigment inks.
   • Apply DTF adhesive powder evenly to the printed design.

2. Curing the Adhesive Powder:

   • Use a heat press or conveyor dryer to melt the powder at 320°F (160°C) for 2–3 minutes until it fully bonds with the ink.

3. Pressing the Transfer:

   • Place the film on the garment with the design facing down.
   • Heat press at 320°F (160°C) for 15 seconds with medium pressure.

4. Cold Peel Removal:

   • Allow the film to cool completely before peeling.
   • Gently peel the cold film away to reveal a vibrant, high-quality print with a smooth matte finish.

5. Post-Press for Longevity (Optional):

   • Cover the print with parchment paper or a Teflon sheet and heat press for 15 to 20 Seconds seconds at 320°F (160°C) to improve durability and wash resistance.

Storage Instructions:
