Recipe #1: Berry Milk Oolong Jelly
Line the bottom of a bowl with a layer of Taiwanese Mulberry Jam, then nestle Ai Yu Jelly and Grass Jelly over it. Top with BANGtea Red Oolong syrup and rich, milky cream.
Recipe #2: Mulberry Grass Jelly Ice
Turn grass jelly tea into a refreshing granita and serve in a bowl with fresh nectarines, Taiwanese Mulberry Jam, and Ai Yu Jelly made from BANGtea Red Oolong.
Recipe #3: Double Jelly Shaved Ice with Mulberry Fruit Tea
Layer crushed ice with Ai Yu Jelly and Grass Jelly, then drizzle with syrup made from BANGtea Red Oolong, and dollop with Taiwanese Mulberry Jam. Finally, garnish with fresh lemon and mint.

Tasting Notes and Usage
Organic Grass Jelly: mountain air, rooibos
Alishan Ai Yu Jelly Kit: slippery, soft Q滑 jelly (In Taiwan, Q means bouncy and 滑 means slide, so the real tasting note here is bouncy slide.)
Taiwanese Mulberry Jam: deeply sweet with a slight sour pucker, like crushing fresh mulberries between your fingers and eating them
BANGtea Red Oolong (Fall '23): pecan, coffee grounds, red plum

Organic Grass Jelly: 100% dried certified organic Mesona

Alishan Ai Yu Jelly Kit: 100% Ai Yu Fig Seeds
- Comes with 1 pack of Alishan Ai Yu Seeds, 1 mesh rinsing bag, 1 Ai Yu recipe booklet, and a beautiful silkscreened box. Instructions to make the jelly can also be found here. Taiwanese Mulberry Jam: mulberry, lemon juice, sugar
- Chill before using. Refrigerate after opening. Best consumed within one month of opening.
