This series features forged VG-10 core steel hardened to 60-61HRC. VG-10 is a well balanced stainless steel that is practical for most kitchen tasks. The stainless cladding is hammer textured with damascus finished bevels . These are ground thin and more performance focused for excellent cutting feel.
