Misonix Aura 250L – Features

The Misonix Aura 250L ductless enclosure is designed for efficiency and safety, featuring a built-in blower and low airflow alarm. Its fluorescent lighting ensures excellent visibility. The electrostatically charged pre-filter and chemically resistant acrylic panels provide durability and reliable containment in laboratory environments.

The advanced monitoring system enhances user confidence with a digital airflow display and audible and visual alarms for low airflow and hydrocarbon breakthrough. Additionally, filter saturation alarms ensure timely maintenance, and a responsive sensor adjusts blower speeds based on sash position, optimizing performance and safety during operation.

Testing

This Misonix Aura 250L is used and reconditioned. Our technicians inspect all fume hoods to make sure that the baffles are present and intact, the interior lights are functioning, and that the sash is intact and runs smoothly on the tracks along with the counterweights.

Please note that we do not sell or provide blower motors with fume hoods. Every fume hood installation has different requirements due to the desired CFM and the distance the air needs to travel to exhaust out of the building. Therefore, you must consult with your HVAC technician for the purchase and installation of a blower motor for your fume hood.
