Features

The entire functional block of the Varian HS602 is immersed in oil within the pump casing. The oil plays a crucial role by sealing the discharge valves, lubricating internal components, facilitating heat dissipation, and reducing operational noise.

Additionally, the pump includes a specialized antisuckback device that automatically isolates the vacuum system when the pump stops. This mechanism prevents pressure increases or oil flow within the vacuum system while allowing controlled air re-entry into the stator chambers, ensuring smooth and safe operation.
