The Leybold Trivac D2.5E Vacuum Pump offers reliable, efficient performance as a dual-stage, oil-sealed rotary vane pump. It is designed to pump gases and vapors from vessels and vacuum systems down to the fine vacuum pressure range. With a pumping speed of 2.5 m³/h, it delivers steady operation in various applications. However, it is not suitable for handling hazardous gases, highly aggressive substances, or oxygen concentrations higher than atmospheric levels.

Features

This pump features a direct connection between the drive motor and bearing piece, ensuring smooth, stable performance. The coupling piece links the pump and motor shafts, while the force-lubricated sliding bearings in the pump body enhance efficiency.

For easy monitoring, the oil level glass allows users to check the oil level, while the oil drain plug simplifies maintenance. The gas ballast knob, oil fill plug, and connection components are conveniently located on top for easy access.

The Leybold Trivac D2.5E is used and reconditioned. Our technicians use essential tools like a vacuum gauge, leak detector, and proper vacuum pump oil to ensure effective testing. During the process, we inspect connections, check oil levels, monitor vacuum performance, and detect leaks to assess the pump’s condition accurately.

The listed specifications come directly from the manufacturer, but a vacuum pump’s suction naturally degrades over time. So, after receiving your order, we will test the pump and inform you of its actual vacuum pressure. We remove oil from all rotary vane vacuum pumps prior to shipping. You will need to acquire the proper oil and fill the pump upon arrival.
