Ideal for day-to-day use by scientific professionals and students, the Stuart stirring hot plates offer precise temperature control and stirring speed of your samples. Powerful magnets provide stirring speeds of up to 1400 rpm. The simple body design allows spillages to be easily deflected from the user. Front control panel resists spills and the glass is chemically toughened for extra resilience. When plate temperature rises above 50°C, a hot warning light flashes even if the unit is turned off or unplugged.

The digital interface features a digital temperature setting. The set and actual temperature is shown on the seven-segment digital display. Stirring speed is displayed by a ‘hockey stick’-style LED array with the lights progressively illuminating to represent the speed range.

Most of our equipment is used and reconditioned. Our technicians test all equipment to confirm that it operates properly and to the manufacturer’s specifications. While we can’t test for a specific analytical application, we will do our best to simulate the conditions under which the equipment will be run. If you have particular testing requirements or requests please let us know and we’ll work with you to make sure these requirements are addressed during testing.
