Ports and Fittings

• The fuel rail features three threaded ports that are all tapped for 8AN ORB. What is ORB? The auxiliary top port on the fuel rail can be used for fuel system accessories such as a pressure gauge, fuel pulse damper, or it can simply be plugged.

• If building a custom fuel setup, appropriate fittings must be selected based on the specific application. Ample space around the fuel rail port(s) is necessary for larger accessories such as fuel pressure regulators, fuel pressure gauges, and fuel pulse dampers. To verify clearance, the dimensional drawings on the product pages can be used as a reference guide.

Fuel Injector Compatibility

• This fuel rail is compatible with factory or OEM equivalent fuel injectors. If upgrading fuel injectors, consult your aftermarket injector supplier for details. Radium Engineering cannot specify any further injector dimensions other than stating ‘OEM equivalent’.

What's Included? 

This is the basic fuel rail kit, and only includes the fuel rail and the mounting hardware. This is ideal for custom applications where the installer is going to build custom fuel system plumbing.

Product Description

This fuel rail is CNC machined from extruded 6063 aluminum, black anodized, and laser etched for a high quality surface finish. It is a direct replacement for the OEM fuel rail. Plumbing kits are available that provide all the necessary parts to install and plumb the fuel rail with OEM components. The kits are compatible with all fuel types including popular alcohol mixtures such as E85. The OEM plastic spacers are reused and washers are included to thermally insulate the fuel rail from the aluminum intake manifold.
