A three-phase drum sander for industrial sanding.

Built for production environments, the G0450 37' 10 HP Drum Sander features industrial-quality conveyor belts and dual 6' sanding drums.

The dual drum setup allows you to place different grits of sandpaper on each drum; cutting your sanding time in half. The sandpaper length needed is 6' wide by 138' long. For a full range of replacement paper for the G0450.

Sand stock up to 36-1/2' wide and 4' thick with variable-speed feed control and the economy of spiral-wrapped 6' wide sandpaper rolls.

When the G0450 is wired for 480V, it will operate on a 30A circuit!

With the variable-speed conveyor, you can dial in the perfect finish for each job between 6–18 FPM.

The amp load meter indicates the combined amperage draw of both motors, allowing you to monitor them and prevent damage to them.

The depth scale indicates the thickness the workpiece will be after it has been sanded.

Also features four 4' dust ports to maximize dust collection, easy access to sanding drums, emergency stop for safety, solid steel construction, independent motor control, and massive power.

Like all Grizzly drum sanders, the G0450 comes with a 1-year warranty which covers parts and assures the unit is free from factory defects.

The G0450 manual was written by our U.S. based Technical Documentation Department and is packed with useful information. The complete and easy-to-read manual makes it easier to assemble and maintain your sander.
