We do not artificially increase the price of the products to include shipping charges but only charge what shipping actually costs us.

Combined Shipping:

Combined shipping discount is available up to 5 (Five)items in an order to be purchased within 7 days. You can continue to buy any additional items above 5in quantity will be considered a new order. This is to avoid pilferage en-route as well as to ensure that you are happy with the merchandise. Once you have received their items you may buy additional items again. This limit may be revised for repeat and regular customers.

Returns & Refunds:

You can return the item within 14 days of receiving the parcel. Please return in original packing. Buyers are required to check and ensure that the item/s are in good condition and as per item listing as no claims for returns and refunds will be entertained thereafter. The returned item should be unused and in original and undamaged condition. Buyer will be required to ensure that the item is sent by trackable shipper. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds are made by PayPal and may take up to 5-7 days after receiving back the product/s.
