Enjoy the benefits of healthy, French-style griddle cooking with the Le Griddle gas griddle, built-in, countertop or freestanding use with the included cart mount. Featuring a professional-style 304 stainless steel griddle surface and components, the Le Griddle 30-inch gas griddle offers excellent heat distribution thanks to a 1/2-inch thick enameled cast iron sub-plate below the cooking surface. Two 304 stainless steel U-shaped gas burners rated at 18,000 BTUs combined provide even heating and can be individually controlled with separate control knobs.

The easy to use electronic ignition system is powered by a single AA battery and features a safety valve and thermocouple to automatically cut off gas supply in the event of accidental flame extinction, while ventilation cutouts allow proper airflow to prevent gas buildup and overheating. Cleanup is easy with the removable griddle plate and curved grease collection tray, designed to capture oil and fat for simple disposal. The included freestanding griddle cart features durable 304 stainless steel construction and a two-door storage cabinet with a secure propane tank mount, wheels for portability, and ventilation cutouts for safety. Some assembly is required for cart-mounted use. This product does not include a propane gas regulator or hose.

Please Note: If installing this unit into a cabinet for outdoor kitchen applications, the cabinet must made of a non-combustible material or it may also be placed on any non-combustible surface. Insulated liner must be used if installing into a cabinet constructed with combustible materials. This appliance may also be placed on the optional portable cart.

Le Griddle offers a lifetime warranty on the patented Dual Plate System, which consists of the stainless steel griddle surface and cast iron subplate, against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and conditions. Stainless steel burners are warrantied for five (5) years. The portable cart and all other parts are warrantied for one (1) year. Labor not included.
