"How do I get the sauna inside my house?"

The sauna will arrive in a few boxes but all our boxes are made to fit through standard-sized doorways (80" x 36").

"Is it complicated to assemble the sauna?"

The vast majority of our customer report the assembly processes to be easy and straight forward. While assembly does require a minimum of 2 people, generally speaking, most two person saunas can be assembled within 90 minutes. However, larger saunas include more pieces and do take more time.

"Am I able to return the sauna?"

You can return your sauna within 30-days of delivery.
