Available exclusively to CIT Pen providers, this opportunity allows users to connect for a 1 hour, one-on-one virtual guidance session with a CIT Pen Educator via Google Meets, while they will walk you through a Nano-Infusion and/or CIT Pen facial treatment in real time, offering helpful tips and tricks, answering any questions you may have, and referencing all the resources available to our CIT Pen Owners. 

Qualifications for a CIT Pen Guidance Session:

- Must be an existing CIT Pen Owner with proof of purchase

- If an employee of the CIT Pen Owner, see “Add A CIT Pen User” for next steps

- Must have completed all lessons within our virtual CIT Certification and passed the CIT Exam with at least an 80% or higher. 

If you do not have access to the CIT Certification course, please reach out to us as soon as possible to walk you through the necessary steps for registration.

Once the above information is approved, 1 business day for processing, your CIT Pen Educator will reach out to schedule your virtual guidance session.

VIRTUAL TRAINING / GUIDANCE SESSION CANCELATION POLICY:
We are all practicing professionals and need to be mindful of each other’s time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we will need to reschedule your appointment. We ask that you contact your online instructor via email, phone, or text at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled training for any rescheduling needs. Last minute cancellations and no shows will be required to purchase this online training session a second time with no refund.
