HOW TO ORDER

When you are purchasing your matchboxes, please leave the following information in the "Personalization" field, in the "Note to Seller" section in the cart page, or message us after purchase.

Color samples: If you ordered a color sample, please let us know what box and ink color you would like to see. The price is for one generic color sample.

1) Matchbox color. All of them must be the same color
2) Ink color. The ink color must be the same on all of them
3) Name(s). As you would like them displayed
4) Wedding date
5) Venue's name and location (please message us 2-3 good photos of your venue)
6) Your email address so you can approve the proof
7) Your phone number for delivery

• If you purchased custom items, or pet or venue illustrated products please allow for 4-8 business days for your proof.

TURNAROUND TIMES

Current production times for custom illustration matchboxes is 20-24 business days (4-8 days for proofing, and 16-18 days for production). Please allow 4-8 business days for custom designs, and pet or venue illustrations. Production times do not include shipping times. All items ship from the USA.

• Please note: if you would like to cancel your order after the proof has been created, for any reason, a $30 fee will be retained for the time taken to create the illustration.
