He is currently employed by Warner Brothers. Discovery Sports, where he does play-by-play and studio work for the MLB on TBS and commentary on CNN. He is also employed by MLB Network, where he does play-by-play. A little-known fact is that Bob worked for WGN Sports in 1979-80 as the play-by-play voice of the Chicago Bulls.
