You are looking at a brand new genuine BMW Titanium Line interior trim kit for a BMW E46 Coupe (shown) or Convertible 2000-2006.  If you're looking for a way to give the interior of your 3 a sportier and sharper look, look no further.  Roughly 80% of E46 M3's actually came stock with this interior trim.  This is a great finishing touch for your interior.  Included in this set are the following trim pieces:
