The heavy duty clamp mount mixer is the workhorse of our portable mixer line. A heat treated aluminum housing provide both outstanding durability and lightweight portability.
Our heavy duty clamp mount mixer includes:
- Lower support bearing included to reduce radial shaft load on the motor, extending longevity
- Adjustability for shaft positioning on two axes of rotation
- Heavy-duty electric motor with optional VFD
- Gearbox allows for lower RPMs and higher torque
- Wetted materials made of 316 or 304 grade stainless steel for corrosion and abrasion resistance
- Option to select desired horsepower and shaft length
- Appropriate propeller or hydrofoil impeller matched to the selected horsepower and shaft length
