Engineered for efficiency, BevLes Electric Steam Tables hold a variety of foods at a precise serving temperature. Ideal for use in back of house, this steam table has two wells, each measuring 12”W x 20”D x 8”H. Designed for dry use, each well can be used with standard steam table pans or with optional spillage pans. For optimal efficiency and versatility, each well features a single formed Calrod heating element with independent temperature control. A red LED indicator light displays which wells are on. The unit is constructed of heavy-duty stainless steel and all dry wells feature stainless steel liners designed to hold various foods. The unit is equipped with a polyethylene cutting board to provide extra space for food preparation and an adjustable under shelf for additional storage space.
