Glendalough Pot Still Irish Whiskey is a distinctive pot still whiskey from the Wicklow Mountains just outside of Dublin. It is made from a 1:2 mashbill of malted and unmalted Irish barley and is distilled in a pot still according to Glendalough's specifications by an unnamed distillery.
