Hot Sale Snippan Bundle [ciGPvAVH] by Åsa Jungnelius is part of the Kosta Boda Artist Collection. In this version Åsa Jungnelius’ modern classic is smaller, more accessible design for interiors – it is a sculpture, but it is also a bowl, a carrier. Hot Sale Snippan Bundle [ciGPvAVH] is cast in a graphite mold at the hotshop in Kosta and painted with liquid platinum. Åsa Jungnelius’ modern classic, Hot Sale Snippan Bundle [ciGPvAVH], is now being presented in a smaller design that can also be used as a bowl. Since it was first created in 2003, Hot Sale Snippan Bundle [ciGPvAVH] has become a contemporary feminist symbol that has recurred in different forms and formats in Jungnelius’ art, for example, in countless table settings – a work that Jungnelius describes as a social act.
