Important: Confirm Your Autel Tool's Region Before Purchase

To ensure we can process your software update order, it is crucial to confirm that your Autel tool is a North American Region device. If your tool is not a North American Region tool, we will unfortunately not be able to process your order, and a full refund will be issued.

Please follow these steps to confirm your tool's region:

1. Log in to your Autel Account: Go to pro.autel.com and log in with your credentials.

2. Navigate to "My Devices": Once logged in, click on the "My Devices" tab.

3. Locate the "Region" Section: Under each of your registered tools, you will see a "Region" section. Please verify that it explicitly states "Region: North America," as shown in the example image below: 

4. Provide Your Tool's Serial Number: As you check out, please add your tool's Serial Number in the customer notes section of your order. Alternatively, you can send us a text with your order number and serial number to (919) 408-7320. This helps us expedite the verification process and ensure a smooth update for your tool.
