Volvo Penta Raw Water Pump With Exchange!

CORE REQUIRED:  YES (within 21 days).  The pump will come with a USPS priority shipping label to ship your old pump back.  Ship it back in the same box.  I am trusting you to send your old pump back and I pay for the return label up front.  When payment is made you'll receive an email asking you to confirm you have a core to exchange or you can add a message to seller when you checkout stating "I have a good core". (A good core needs to be complete and without physical damage and extreme corrosion.   If a failed attempt to rebuild the pump was made please let me know.  If you don't have an old pump to exchange please contact me prior to purchase.)

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:  Volvo Penta OEM Rebuilt Raw Water Pump.  Disassembled / Media Blasted / Inspected / New Parts Installed / Painted / Tested.  A new bearing, SS bolts, impeller, o-ring, seal w/ 316 SS spring and retaining ring are installed.   Grooved bearing housings are resurfaced.  The pumps are painted red or black, tested and lubricated with glycerin impeller lube.  Just bolt it on and return your old pump so I can continue to offer this service.

PUMP INFORMATION:  This is a  Dual V Belt Pulley crankshaft mounted pump.  Impeller kits for this pump are 21213664 or 09-812B-1.  It's used on  5.0GL-F, 5.0GL-FF, 4.3GL-E, 4.3GL-EF only.  If you are unsure about your pump just send me a message or give me a call with your complete engine model and I'll get you the right pump!
