Production Description:   Ned Foltz, a talented folk art potter in northern Lancaster County, Pennsylvania uses a variety of early German potter methods.  This spectacular rather large Christmas Angel Redware Pottery Plate measuring 11 inches in diameter would look festive displayed for the holidays.  Featuring a dark brown, coggled edge with a detailed, textured motif depicting an angel with wings, all on a glazed, rich, chocolate-brown background.  The back side is signed Ned Foltz, PA 1995.  A terrific one-of-a-kind gift choice or addition to a Foltz Pottery collection.
