Throughout the evening you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, learn about the recipes, food preparation and wine pairings, interact with other diners, and best of all, you’ll get a copy of the recipes to take home, so you can re-create your memorable experience for family and friends. All AWS cooking classes include an emphasis on wine, because that's who we are! You can expect 2 different wines to sample during reception/demo cooking and three wines paired with your meal.
