This vintage original 1960 Sinclair Motor Oils advertising calendar featuring pinup girl artwork by Gil Elvgren, one of the most prolific and highly regarded artists of the genre.   This calendar features cowgirl themed artwork titled Something New showing a young lady in cowboy boots trying on a cowboy hat.  A holstered six gun is slung over a chair behind her and a decorative border of cattle brands runs along the bottom of the image.

This calendar has the fully complete 1960 calendar pad still attached along with the original metal strips along the top and bottom edges.   The bottom of the calendar is overprinted with the name of the Sinclair Motor Oils distributor in Italy and the back of the calendar has an Italian tax handstamp.   An ink handstamp with the name and address of the Sinclair Motor Oils distributor in Torino is neatly applied just above the calendar pad.  

This vintage original Sinclair Motor Oils pinup girl advertising calendar looks pretty unused with just light handling wear and a bit of light scattered foxing at the bottom of the calendar and on the calendar pad.  Overall condition is very good.
