Large, ancient granite bracelet/bangle from Djenne, Mali. Traditional style, and granite stone, which has lovely smooth black/grey tone and no matrix, clearly has been worn smooth. 3 5/8" outer diameter x 2 3/4" inner diameter. One-of-a-kind piece! From Djenné, Mali. Made and worn by the Dogon Tribal People. Estimated 800-1,000 years old. Beautiful object, and doesn't have to be worn. Could fit a larger hand.
