It's a reminder that in moments of genuine quiet, we can perceive more, understand better, and connect more deeply with ourselves and the world around us.

In today’s fast-paced, noisy world, we are bombarded with endless streams of information. Many of us mistake scrolling through social media for being quiet and listening. We become passive consumers rather than active observers of our lives and surroundings. This constant influx of opinions and noise can steal our ability to form our own thoughts and embrace ambiguity.
