Handmade tie front top works well layered over a cropped tank or bralette. Wear with jeans/shorts, or over a maxi  dress or skirt. 

Tie-front closures lets you customize your fit. Airy front and back bodice with an exposed ruffle hem. All of the vintage fabric is sourced in Texas.
