CleanFreak 'Ideal Premium' is the perfect floor finish for those looking for a nice gloss in heavy traffic settings. A beautiful wet-look gloss can be maintained using traditional spray buffing or with repeated high-speed burnishing programs. This product is extremely easy to apply, offers superb leveling, and dries fast for rapid recoating. Most floors will require at least 4 coats for a good, high-quality finish.

Some of the most prolific features of this floor wax are that it resists marking and soil discoloration. Excellent for use in schools, supermarkets, health care, hospitals office buildings, and any industrial setting.

Coverage: 2,000 to 3,000 square feet per gallon (that is for 1 coat - most floors require 4 - 5 coats).

Directions

1. Strip floor entirely of old finish using a recommended floor stripper like 'Easy Lift'.
2. Apply finish using a clean finish mop. Apply up to 5 coats per application. Allow 30 - 45 minutes for finish to dry completely before recoating. Do not apply more than 5 coats in 24 hours.
3. Maintain floor by dust mopping and sweeping as needed.
4. Clean floor using a neutral pH floor cleaner like 'Neutral Clean' with a damp mop, floor buffer, or auto scrubber.
5. Burnish floor using a medium aggressive pad to restore floors glossy appearance.

If you are planning on using 'Ideal Premium' floor finish on a hard surface such concrete, terrazzo, marble, or granite, it is recommended that two coats of sealer be applied to the surface to seal it properly before applying this floor finish. After that, you can follow with 3 - 5 coats of this finish. Than burnish and maintain as normal.
