VINTAGE ZENITH EGG GRADER SCALE/FARM SCALE/POULTRY SCALE/FARMHOUSE DECOR

 

As we readied my Grandmother's Farm for sale in Saugerties, N. Y., we found this treasure and many more in one of her many barns. It is a wonderful old piece of history. This vintage Zenith egg grading scale is cast iron and has the original paint. It can be used for a kitchen display, or you may enjoy using it to grade your fresh eggs. It was well used on her farm. Zenith originally manufactured it in Earlville, NY. This Zenith scale is made of a cast iron base and counterweight with an aluminum egg dish and scale guide, and a brass needle indicator. It has its original blue and red paint. The Zenith Egg Scale was made from the 1920s till the 1980s, and it had several variations.
