The original purpose for this fryer was for corn dogs - either "Foot Long" or regular. Many people fry other specialty fun foods such as Cheese Dogs, Shrimp Rolls, or Fried veggies. Skewer clip assembly is "spring loaded" and can be quickly removed. Fryer basket is available for Bacon Puffs. 30 lb. cooking oil capacity. Drains are necessary for safe operations. Fryer comes with two standard six position skewer clip assemblies.
