The RMI Basswitch Classic Boost combines the acclaimed preamp from the Basswitch IQ DI with a 3-band EQ voiced for basses with passive P-, JJ- and PJ-style pickups. You can use it as a booster, as a second preamp channel with the Basswitch IQ DI, or as a preamp in front of your bass amp. Rocking Lehle True Sound Technology, a discrete JFET input stage and gold-plated relays, the Basswitch Classic Boost delivers fat, punchy bass tone with a studio-grade dynamic range of over 100dB and vanishingly low noise. Gain adjustment of +/- 15dB, gives you the flexibility for any live or studio situation.
