All System 16 Workstations feature the latest upgrades in aesthetics, versatility, and durability.

Our Double Hardened Tables are constructed from through hardened steel before undergoing a Plasma Nitride treatment to provide you with a table of superior quality and performance.

Thanks to the intelligent concept of the Siegmund Workstation, all of your tools are always within reach at your workplace.

The Siegmund Workstation is the perfect welding platform, with more than enough space for all of your accessories.

The Siegmund Welding Workstation is an International Design Excellence Awards (IDEA) Finalist Product. The Siegmund Workstation was designed to be a very flexible system. It functions as a welding table, a workbench or a mobile workshop trolley with optional wheels.

WORKSTATION LEGS

The combined leg and caster, gives the Siegmund Workstation mobility.
Casters are included with this Workstation as a Standard.
Base Plates have a "Fine Tune Adjustment" to enable a more precise working surface.

DIRT PROTECTION

Two Cover Slides are below the table to protect your tools from Weld Spatter and Dirt.
For Cleaning, you can pull out both covers like drawers.

THE WEIGHT BEARING LOAD

The Siegmund Workstation with base plate is able to bear a total weight of approximately 2,200 lbs.
Please note that when you are using the caster wheels, the overall weight load capacity is reduced to approximately 880 lbs.

MAXIMUM STORAGE

The Siegmund Workstation features defined storage for tooling and accessories that can be shelved for easy reach.
You can customize, build or retrofit your Workstation with drawers at various height to increase your storage capability.
"Upgrading" your workstation with more drawers is possible at any time. On the left and right side, you have 23-5/8" spacing.
The maximum weight load capacity per drawer is approximately 110 lbs.

The materials used are fundamental to the high level of hardness and long service life.
With a Siegmund® table, you will experience long-term savings, thanks to the high level of precision engineering, as well as the consistent superior quality.
Side surface of Professional Extreme 8.7 is made of specific basic material S355J2+N incl. plasma nitriding and BAR-coating.

Siegmund Welding Tables are the Hardest, Most Durable and Extraordinarily Flat Welding Tables Available in the World.
The hardened X7 Steel (the 8.7 Series), is specially made for Siegmund in Germany. This steel is of a considerably higher hardness grade compared to 98% of the welding tables in the market. The only thing harder to our 8.7 series table are our Siegmund 8.8 Series Welding Tables. With the Series 8.7 Siegmund Welding tables, the top plate achieves a hardness of 850 vickers after the Plasma Nitration and the BAR-Treatment. The higher hardness also helps maintain the flatness of the weld table.
