This is a really lovely panel of woven cotton zanshi-ori, a type of weaving that utilizes left-over yarns.
The panels was culled from a futon cover, and especially nice about this fairly lightweight hand woven cotton is the fine indigo color: the blues are clear and soft at the same time, and quite true blue.
Pay special attention to the warp yarns which can be seen in the accompanying detail photos. It is here where you can notice some of the leftover kasuri or ikat yarns: the "start and stop" of light colors in the warp indicates that these are leftover kasuri yarns.
A beauty.
