This is a length of indigo dyed cotton plaid cloth. It is hand woven, most likely of hand spun cotton yarns.

As is easy to see this is a good-looking length of plaid that shows three tones of indigo and nice white highlights. There are two mending patches to one of the short ends.

Shown is a small stain to the cloth which otherwise is in good, used condition.

A very nice plaid this length would be nice to see in the home, hung to be admired as art or used as a scarf or in some other fashion design application.
