A stunning Georgian pear/heart diamond ring dating from the early 19th Century. The central stone is set in a closed, foil backed silver setting, with a carat weight of approximately 2.3ct. The band is beautifully worked, with diamond-set flower accents and engraved wheatsheaf motif around the back and sides. It was made by hand circa 1820.
