PT-100 Industrial-grade Temperature Probe is made of specially treated platinum wire wrapped around the inner surface of the probe. It can reflect the actual temperature quickly and accurately.

The probe’s lead wire is shielded by fiberglass material that can withstand temperatures of up to 200 degrees Celsius. PT-100 adopts the chip imported from Germany featuring high stability, and it also adopts a three-wire connection mode to ensure the accuracy and anti-interference ability.

PT-100 probe is designed for use in extreme industrial conditions, such as steelworks, oil refinery plants, and similar environments. It can work under a wide temperature range of -200 °C to +400 °C. The material of the probe is 304 stainless steel that is erosion-resistant in mild acid or alkalescent liquids.

The probe comes with a Micro USB or a 3.5 mm audio plug. The Micro USB plug works with WS1 Pro, the audio plug works with GS1 and SP1 series.

The measurements are transferred to the devices, displayed on the LCD screen, and synced to UbiBot Cloud Platform via the WiFi/GSM/Ethernet network; this allows you to access the data instantly on the screen and remotely via the UbiBot App or Web Console.

If you have strict requirements for measurement accuracy, and you want to achieve the highest accuracy, you will need to use UbiBot Probe Calibration Tool with USB-RS485 Adapter to periodically calibrate the probe.

Note:

- Only one PT-100 probe can be connected to a UbiBot device at a time.

- PT-100 probe should be connected to the lower USB port (USB2) on the WS1 Pro device.

- PT-100 probe is disabled by default. Please enable it in "Settings" in the App or the Web Console after connecting the probe to the device. The GS1 device doesn't need this operation.

- This product is designed to work exclusively with UbiBot devices.
