• Made of Stainless Steel with double high-temperature silicon O-rings on the flange.
• 1/4" ID fitting with silicon O-ring sealed and accept 1/4" diameter thermal couple or a tube.
• Stainless steel needle valve with 1/4" pipe adaptor.
• The assembly kit will seal one end of 100-102 mm diameter ceramic and quartz tube.
• You need order another end of flange to seal two ends of processing tube (click to order).
• 1/4" Dia. Thermal couple or tube can be inserted to inside tube with vacuun sealed on the flange (Pic. 1)
• It can be used for calibrating or controlling tube furnace temperature under vacuum (Pic. 2)
• 1/4"dia tube can be inserted to inside tube via the flange to measure sample properties under various temperature. ( Pic. 3)
• 1/4" Dia. ceramic tube can be inserted into the tube with vacuum sealed on the flange. ( Pic. 4)
• It can be used to measure the sample's electrical properties at high temperature. ( Pic. 5)

                             

• Must put a refractory tube block in front of the flange (see picture below) to avoid heat radiation melt silicone O-ring. You may order a ceramic block in related products.
• Please do not over tighten the three hex screws on the flanges to avoid overpressure incidents. The recommended torque is 35~40 inch-lbs.
