12x1.25 can easily be used with most common thread pitch with an adapter which we supply.

Since it is handmade, please understand there can be some very minor imperfections (very slightly off-centre threads, very slightly tilted thread, etc). The imperfections will be unnoticeable when the shift knob is mounted.

Please understand this item can take up to 3-5 days to ship if we run out of already made shift knobs. It is a 3-5 day process to make. Thank you for your patience.

If you end up wanting the shift knob to face a certain direction, but it is still loose, all you need is a 12x1.25 jam nut to tighten against the shift knob threads to hold it facing the desired way (included).
